What is my order status?
If you made an order using your Rock Shop account, check your order status by clicking here. If you did not have an account prior to ordering or did not make an order using your account, click here to contact Customer Service for order status.

Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Depending on your shipping option, you can then track your package at www.usps.com or www.ups.com or www.dhl.com. If you have a Hard Rock account, you can also visit the My Account area for order history and further tracking information.

How do I cancel my order/item?
Call us at 1-888-519-6683. Items ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellations will not be honored after an item has shipped.
